狙击手光电探测与干扰系统是一种要地防卫装备,布设于防卫区域内,主要用以搜索、捕获1000米内观察瞄准防卫目标的光学器材,含瞄准镜、望远镜、激光测距机等,发射脉冲激光对观察瞄准人员的视觉和光电设备实施干扰。

The Sniper photoelectric detection and interference system is a kind of important ground defense equipment, which will be set in the defense area. It is mainly used to search & capture the optical instruments for observing & aiming at the defense targets within 1000 meters. It includes sight, telescope, laser rangefinder, etc. and sends pulse laser to interfere with the vision and photoelectric equipment of observing & aiming personnel.

系统采用主动激光成像技术,利用光学仪器的“猫眼效应”,可探测各种直视我方的光学瞄准和侦查设备,通过对“猫眼”目标回波亮点的自动检测,快速定位狙击或偷窥我方重点区域的敌特分子位置,通过高清摄像机对目标危险度进行确认,通过激光测距获得目标距离信息,选择手动触发强激光对危险人员视觉、光电设备进行干扰,保护我方防卫目标。

The system adopts active laser imaging technology. Using “cat-eye effect” of optical instruments, it can detect all kinds of optical aiming and detection equipment snooping at us. Through automatic detection for cat-eye target echo highlights, it can rapidly determine the position of enemy agents who is sniping or snooping at our important area. The system will make confirmation on the risk of target through HD cameras, obtain the target distance information by laser ranging and then choose to manually trigger strong laser to interfere with the vision and photoelectric equipment of dangerous personnel to protect our defense goals.

系统主要由光电探头、固定架、连接电缆、操控计算机等部分组成。光电探头主要由观察模块、“猫眼”激光探测模块、激光测距模块、激光干扰模块和电动转台等组成。

Switch on the external power and open the control computer’s upper cover; press the “control power” button to power the control computer; press the “host switch” button, and then the menu bar indicator light on the lower right side of the touch screen changes from red to green. 点击系统主界面上的“参数设置”按钮或按下操控键盘上的“扫描”按键,进入系统参数设置界面;设置扫描的起始点和终止点;点击“插值扫描”按钮,启动插值扫描模式,电动转台开始搜索扫描目标。

Shake the lever gently and stop the interpolation scanning; select the information item that needs to be looked back and confirmed in the alarm information list; cick the “target look-back” button, and the turntable will automatically be led to the position of azimuth angle and pitch angle indicated by the alarm information items; click the zoom and focus buttons until the target reaches the appropriate size and optimal definition; click the “laser detection” button on the control keyboard to switch the laser detection state to “laser shutdown” or “laser observation” mode; click the “division switch” to make the cross division appear in the two-way video observation window; make jog control to electric turntable until the cross division is on the center of the target, so as to achieve the accurate aiming of the target; click “laser rangefinder” button to range the target distance; click the “laser interference” button to interfere with the target.

在系统主界面下,确认光电探头各模块的状态处于关闭状态。保证光电转台处于监控状态,如果不是,转动操纵杆使其处于监控状态;保证激光探测处于激光关闭状态,如果不是,按下激光探测按钮,使激光探测处于激光关闭状态;按下“探头电源”关闭探头电源;关闭软件界面;关机,退出计算机操作系统;按下“操控电源”,关闭操控计算机电源。

In the systems main interface, confirm each module of the photoelectric probe is in the shutdown state. Ensure the photoelectric turntable is in the monitoring state; if not, turn the lever to make it in the monitoring state. Ensure the laser detection is in laser shutdown state; if not, press the laser detection button to make the laser detection in the laser shutdown state. Press the “probe power” button to turn off the probe power; close the software interface; shut down and exit the computer operating system; press the “control power” to turn off the power of the computer.

监控模式主要用于人工观察搜索目标,使用操纵杆控制电动转台上下左右转动,通过观察软件界面的视频窗口来搜索目标。

The monitoring mode is mainly used for manually observing the search targets. Control the UDLR rotation of the electric turntable with the lever and search the targets through observing the video window of the software interface.

连续扫描模式主要用于自动扫描搜索目标,设定扫描起始点、终止点及其它相关参数后,转台以“弓”字路径在起始点和终止点之间巡回扫描。

The continuous scanning mode is mainly used for automatic scanning search targets. After setting the scanning start point, stop point and other related parameters, the turntable will be rotated for round scanning between the start point and stop point in a “bow”-shaped path.

插值扫描模式也是通过转台自动扫描来搜索目标,在水平方向上扫描完一个方位步长后停止一段时间,再继续扫描下一个方位步长直至终止点的方位角。

The interpolation scanning mode is also used to search the targets through automatic scanning of the turntable. 激光关闭模式为系统的启动默认模式,光电探头上电后,激光探测的状态默认为关闭状态。

激光观察模式主要配合电动转台的监控模式和连续扫描模式来扫描搜索目标。

The laser observation mode is mainly combined with the monitoring mode and continuous scanning mode of the electric turntable to scan the search targets.

激光检测模式主要配合电动转台的插值扫描模式来实现目标的自动搜索、探测和报警功能。

The laser detection mode is mainly combined with the interpolation scanning mode of the electric turntable to realize the automatic target searching, target detection and alarm functions.
