1.Your ByteDance badge acts as your credential for the workplace. It allows people to identify you as a ByteDance employee.

Your badge is for personal use only. Do not let other employees or visitors borrow your badge.

Prior to receiving your official badge, you may be given a short-term badge to allow you access.

You will receive a reminder via Lark to upload a photo to use on your badge. Ensure it meets the required standards.

After verifying your badge photo, the local Admin will contact you and issue your badge.

Use a lanyard to display your badge and cooperate with onsite security personnel if they ask to check your badge.

Your badge must be visible at all times. Do not carry your badge in your pocket; ensure it can always be seen.

Do not leave your badge unattended. For example, don't leave it on your desk or in meeting rooms.

If your badge is lost, you must report it immediately.

You will be asked to hand in your badge to the reception or administration service room when you officially leave your post at ByteDance.

   

21. ByteDance에서 공식적으로 자리를 비울 때에는 접수실이나 관리실에 배지를 제출해야 합니다.

   



Moreover, in temporary offices, your ByteDance badge won't be identified by card readers. Instead, you will receive a separate access card.

1.A visitor is any non-ByteDance employee who has been invited to the office for approved business reasons (e.g., interviewee, business client or partner, supplier, etc.)

   

방문자는 ByteDance가 아닌 직원으로서, 승인된 비즈니스 이유(예: 인터뷰 대상자, 비즈니스 고객 또는 파트너, 공급업체 등)로 사무실에 초대됩니다.

   



All visitors must make an appointment in advance.

If your office has an online appointment system, visitors should make an online appointment in advance through Lark -> Workplace -> NocNoc Visitor App, or visitors can apply for a visit on the local visitor reservation system.
